Deborah Herrington, Head of School,
comes to MES with 26 years of
experience in both private and public
school settings. She is formally
educated by Abilene Christian University,
with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
In addition she has a C.M.E. Montessori
Certificate. Deborah and her husband
Brian are the proud parents of three
children, one girl and twin boys.
Deborah's personal philosophy regarding
education: "I believe that education is
a lifelong process, and we are never too
old or too young to learn."
Karen
Morreira is the Associate Head of
School for MES. Previously she has served
on the Board of Trustees for Montessori
Episcopal School for six (6) years, and
has served as the Treasurer, and has
been working with the school for over
seven (7)
years. She has her Associate Degree in
Science in Early Childhood Education and a
Bachelor of Science in Organizational
Management. She has also received her
Montessori Credentials from MES Montessori
Training Center.
